Trial Date Set for Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs in Racketeering and Sex Trafficking Case

October 11th, 2024

A federal judge has set a trial date for Sean “Diddy” Combs in a case where he faces charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation for prostitution. The trial is scheduled to begin on May 5, 2025, in New York, with the prosecution estimating the case will last about three weeks.

Combs, who has pleaded not guilty, was present in court alongside family members. The judge has also barred both sides from discussing non-public evidence after Combs' attorneys accused the government of leaking a video, a claim prosecutors deny.
